// craft

Design that earns its place. Every pixel has a reason.

Most clients have been burned by beautiful work that didn't perform. We design with the developer in the room and the user's goal in mind.

Brand identity and interface design sit at the intersection of creativity and commercial intent. Done well, design reduces friction, builds trust and communicates value before a word is read. We approach every design project as a business problem first, then solve it visually.

// what to expect

What good looks like.

// before

Your logo, website and social media all look slightly different. Customers sense the inconsistency even if they can't name it

// with us

Every touchpoint feels like the same company. The consistency builds trust before anyone reads a word

Brand consistency sounds like a cosmetic concern, but it directly affects how much customers trust you. An inconsistent brand feels accidental; a coherent one feels established.

// before

Design gets handed to developers and half of it changes during the build. The final site doesn't match what was approved

// with us

Design tokens map directly to code. What you approved is what gets built, without negotiation

The gap between design and development is where most creative budgets get eaten. Designing with technical constraints in mind eliminates the back-and-forth after handoff.

// before

Every new piece of marketing material requires a designer, or breaks the visual system

// with us

A documented design system means your team can create new content consistently, without starting from scratch each time

// what's included

Design: what's included

  • Logo & brand identity

    Full visual identity systems: wordmark, icon, colour, typography, built for consistency across every use case.

  • UI/UX design

    Website and app interfaces designed around the user's goal, tested against real behaviour rather than aesthetic preference.

  • Design systems

    Component libraries developers can actually use: documented, scalable, and built to survive a handoff. Accessible by default.

  • Social media visual systems

    Template sets and visual guidelines that keep your brand consistent across platforms without a designer on every post.

  • Print & presentation design

    Decks, brochures, signage and print. The same care and brand discipline we bring to screens.

  • Design audits

    A structured review of your existing design: what's inconsistent, what's underperforming and what to fix first.

// how it works

Our design process

Every design project follows a clear structure, so you always know what's happening and what's next.

  1. Discovery & brief

    Understand your business, audience, competitors and what success looks like before any concepts are developed.

  2. Concept exploration

    Initial directions explored in low-fidelity, with clear rationale for every creative decision.

  3. Design & iteration

    Refinement through structured feedback rounds: specific, documented and efficient.

  4. Handoff preparation

    Source files organised, design system documented and developers briefed directly if needed.

  5. Review & sign-off

    Final check against the brief, cross-context review and sign-off from both sides before delivery.

// our approach

Design that survives the handoff.

We design alongside development, not before it. Design tokens map directly to code variables. Components are built with the developer's constraints in mind from day one, not retrofitted after a handoff meeting. The result is a design system that engineers actually use, because it was built with them rather than thrown over a wall at them.

Common questions

How long does a brand identity project take?
Typically 3–6 weeks depending on scope. We work in focused sprints rather than dragging projects out over months.
Do we need to have content ready before you start?
Not necessarily, but the earlier we work with real content, the better the result. Design built around placeholder text often breaks when the real words go in.
Can you work with an existing brand instead of creating a new one?
Yes. A brand refresh is often more cost-effective than starting from scratch, and we'll tell you honestly which approach makes sense.
Do you hand over editable files?
Always. Full source files in Figma and/or Adobe formats. The work is yours.
