Questions we hear first.

How do you price projects?

Most projects are fixed scope, fixed price. After a short intro call we send a written quote within a few working days. When scope is genuinely unclear, we start with a short paid discovery phase. Retainers are priced on capacity, not access.

What if we hire an in-house team later?

We'll help you do it. We've onboarded in-house hires onto systems we built, including writing the technical brief for the role. The handover is the same: source files, repos, credentials, everything in your name.

Can you work alongside our existing team or agency?

Yes, often. We'll fit into whatever pattern works: just development, just design, just growth, or the full package. The only thing we won't do is pretend we agree with decisions we don't.

What happens after I submit the form?

A senior team member reads it the same day, usually within hours. We reply with initial thoughts or questions within one business day. If it makes sense, we hop on a short call to dig deeper. No CRM sequences, no follow-up funnels.

What if the project changes mid-flight?

It usually does, and that's fine. New scope gets a short written change-order with a number attached before any hours go on it. No silent creep, no surprise invoices.
